What naberr is

naberr is a Slack application that joins your workspace channels as a silent AI teammate. It listens to conversations (only in channels it's invited to), remembers context, and responds when @mentioned — providing summaries, tracking tasks, and sending reminders.

Data we collect

  • Slack workspace data: workspace ID, channel names and IDs, user display names and avatars (provided via Slack OAuth)
  • Message content: messages in channels where naberr is invited, used to provide summaries, task tracking, and contextual recall
  • Usage metrics: message counts, summary counts, task counts, reminder counts (aggregated, not individual message content)
  • Billing information: managed by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers

How we use your data

  • To provide the naberr service: summaries, tasks, reminders, and contextual memory
  • To improve the quality of AI responses within your workspace
  • To display usage metrics in your account dashboard
  • To send billing-related communications via Stripe

We do not use your message content to train AI models. Your conversations stay within your workspace context.

Data storage and retention

  • Team plan:90-day conversation memory. Messages older than 90 days are automatically deleted from naberr's memory (they remain in Slack).
  • Managed plan: lifetime memory with data export capability.
  • After cancellation: your memory is preserved for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Vector embeddings for semantic search are stored alongside the original content.

Data isolation

Each workspace's data is strictly isolated. naberr uses row-level security (RLS) in its database — one workspace can never access another workspace's data, even in the event of a software bug.

Third-party services

  • Slack: OAuth authentication and message transport
  • Stripe: payment processing and billing management
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI language model for generating responses
  • OpenAI: text embeddings for semantic search
  • Supabase: database and vector storage
  • Vercel: web application hosting

Your rights

  • Request a copy of all data naberr holds about your workspace
  • Request deletion of all your workspace data at any time
  • Remove naberr from your Slack workspace, which stops all data collection immediately
