Terms of Service

Last updated: April 12, 2026

Agreement to terms

By installing naberr in your Slack workspace or accessing naberr.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're installing naberr on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

What naberr provides

naberr is a Slack application that acts as an AI teammate in your group channels. It provides conversation memory, task tracking, summaries, and scheduled reminders — all triggered by @mentioning naberr in your channel.

Plans and pricing

  • Team plan: $9 per seat per month. Includes a 48-hour free trial (payment method required). Up to 5 channels, 90-day conversation memory, unlimited teammates.
  • Managed plan: custom pricing. Includes unlimited channels and workspaces, lifetime memory, custom integrations, dedicated CSM, SLA, SSO, and audit logs.

“Per seat” means per Slack workspace member who has access to channels where naberr is installed. You can cancel your subscription at any time — naberr will continue working until the end of your billing period.

Trial period

The Team plan includes a 48-hour free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription activates automatically at $9/seat/month. You can cancel anytime during or after the trial.

Data ownership

You own your data. naberr processes your Slack messages to provide its service, but your content remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content that passes through naberr. When you cancel and your data retention period ends (30 days), we permanently delete all your workspace data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use naberr to process content that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer naberr's AI systems
  • Share your naberr account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use naberr to send spam or unsolicited messages via its DM features

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. naberr depends on Slack's API — outages on Slack's side may affect naberr's ability to respond. We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance via our status page.

Limitation of liability

naberr is an AI assistant and may occasionally produce inaccurate summaries or miss context. It should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for critical business decisions. naberr's liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to workspace admins at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of naberr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
